Shipment

Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days from the logistics center to your home. The delivery is made by our shipping partner, depending on the product type you will receive a tracking number to check the current status of your order. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact us.

We receive the specified shipping prices from our shipping partners and pass them on without a surcharge. As a thank you, we offer free shipping from a minimum order of €150.00. In this case the costs are on us.

The invoices are automatically generated by our online shops and sent digitally to the e-mail address you have provided. The invoice is absolutely necessary for the following services:

- in the case of warranty processing by the manufacturer
- Complaints about defective items
- Return to the manufacturer

If the invoice is not available, we unfortunately cannot offer you the above-mentioned service.

On your invoice you will find the following items with important information:

- item description
- Number of pieces
- net price
- VAT
- final price

We therefore recommend that you archive the invoice well.
